Classes and Events

Dense metropolises, sprawling suburbs, and rural communities across America are rediscovering cheese making processes through the diversification of the marketplace. The emergence of numerous small artisan retail shops and the variety of small batch cheese makers has risen dramatically in the past thirty years.

As an urban cheese making teacher who finds my narrative through a blend of cheese apprenticeships and educational programming, my classes act as a bridge between technical, recipe driven cheese making guides and the experience of building a cheese plate.

From private classes, local collaborations, and event coordination, cheese is an interactive medium that pairs well with beverages, friends, science, art, and music.  Below are a few classes and events that can be easily curated.
